What an Animal Network Foster
Home Does A
C.A.N. foster home is a "nurture house" A place that gives
love and physical care and maintenance to our rescue animals. Sometimes
medicines are needed to be given and /or an animal needs to go to the
vet. All food, littler, supplies and vet visits are paid for by the
non-profit organization. So, please tell your friends to donate!
The C.A.N. bank account is strictly a vet medical account, no salaries,
office expenses, phones or supplies are paid from this account. This
insures your donated dollars go to the animals.
In January 2000, laws changed demanding large municipal shelter animals
be spayed and neutered at 2 lbs or 8 weeks of age.
Founder of Community Animal Network, DiAnna Pfaff-Martin believes
that responsible rescue groups set an example by helping to control
unwanted births and unnecessary deaths by honoring the spay/neuter
law.
Caregivers drive their rescue animals to our "Angel" veterinarians
to be spayed and neutered, tested for leukemia and feline aids, or
any other treatment necessary before a permanent family is selected.
"The Animal Network of Orange County."
Caregiver’s write a pet summary for each animal to help determine
the type of home that would be best suited. To help e-mail

We need a volunteer to help with keeping our website organized
and up to date. Photoshop/graphic design skills greatly needed.
Need a person available to work with DiAnna to post new links,
advertise events, and manage adoption listings. Current web designer
has moved and the upkeep is too much for DiAnna to handle alone.
Great for Graphic Design internship!
