between residents, but soliciting commercial advertising is prohibited in
regards to tampering with the U.S. Mail Boxes.
- There are laws in regards to littering and you could be liable and
receive a fine if trash is found.
- Door knob delivery is best. Use a hole punch and a rubber band
for each flyer to attach to the door knob.
