We are looking for a flexible, experienced person for our CAT ONLY hospital in Tustin. This position requires candidate to be able to perform both in the front office as one of our Receptionists and also assist our Techs in our Treatment area as needed.

Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and keep our hospital running smoothly. Must have some previous experience working in an animal hospital & be confident in your abilities. Customer service skills and a professional attitude are a MUST!

Days/hours and schedule can be flexible depending on P/T or F/T, to be determined.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Reception duties: Answering phones, scheduling patients, checking clients in and out. General cleaning of front area.

Treatment Area: Assisting doctor with procedures, preparing animals for surgery, monitoring pets during surgery, nursing care for hospitalized animals, record keeping, grooming, general hospital cleaning and re-stocking, cleaning and autoclaving instruments, filling prescriptions and client interaction and education.
